I hit a little milestone recently hitting 200 notes (that’s a first y’all!) on the “shot heard ‘round the world”. I’ve been writing stories for a while and have never seen so many tune in for that epic climax! I love that you all are following, liking and re-blogging my only creative outlet! I appreciate all the messages, speculation and commentary (the comments are literally the best part lol).
SO! I recolored a wall sticker by @mxims with various snap shots from the story so far. They are pretty random, but I liked them. Special thank you to mxims for your creations! These recolors are still cool even if you don’t follow the story!

Yesterday @leo-sims released some magazine conversions that I had to have. I didn’t even think of recoloring them until I got in S4S for something completely different! Thanks for the conversion Leo! Here’s what you need to know:

Larry’s Chest Wound
I basically recolored a Get To Work tattoo into a surgical scar for my story. Perhaps you, too, have a sim who had a massive heart attack! If so, here ya go. I used a google image of a real heart surgery scar. You probably need GTW for this to show up. It’s just for males but that’s an easy fix in S4S if you want (it was just for Larry so I didn’t categorize it). It will show up in the tattoo section.

I’ve decided I wanted to make something nautical-themed while working on Viewpoint, namely the Windenburg island, and this set was the result.
This has been a wild ride, the set originally started with me wanting to create a boat-shaped bedframe, and it wasn’t going to be more than 5 items. However, it kept growing and growing, and ironically enough the one object that started this journey did not end up in the set, lmao. I also dusted off some ancient WIPs and threw them in here.
The photo line works with custom postcards as well as existing basegame postcards. I’ve
given all of my custom postcards bigger size textures therefore you can
easily increase them in size 2-4 times, the quality should remain
decent. Resized postcards will not sit properly on the line,
so if you want to increase them in size I suggest you stick them on the wall
instead.
19 objects in various amount of swatches. Custom thumbnails. I make all my CC with S4S. You’ll need to activate MoveObjects for all the slots on the photo line, the bedside table and the wardrobe to work at the same time.

Alex and Larry wasted no time scheduling the photo shoot to celebrate their engagement. The prints were immediately framed and placed on the wall.
In fact, they loved them so much, they decided to post them online to share with the world (including you!).

You can have Alex and Larry’s engagement photos in your game too! I recolored a converted TS2 mesh by @lina-cherie ! Thank you for your beautiful conversions! In addition, since I’m new to recoloring, I couldn’t figure out how to change the name of the file! lol So although I have a custom thumbnail for these, they are listed as the recolors I already had in-game by @rachelssimstuff who, unfortunately, left the community but allowed her recolors to be shared.
Included in the download link would be the mesh, my recolors and Rachel’s recolors just because you should totally have them. Her recolors are amazing!

These are some cute and colorful prints by Annelie Solis that I made for TS4 and I thought they would be really nice in a deep and saturated living room. So I thought I would share with all yall!
This “mod” does exactly what it’s named, it allows you to give the appearance of your Sims sitting on stairs! Great for those moments in your stories/legacies where you want your sims to have a casual chat on the backyard staircase, or maybe a lonely moment of reflection outside. I haven’t played around with objects and rigging too much so pardon the buggy-ness of this mod. You can find the seating objects in the catalog by searching “sit on stairs”.
Instructions to use it is the above picture. When placing two or more sims on a seat, make sure to shift the first sim’s seating position (by clicking on the adjacent spots on the seat) because sometimes the other sim cannot sit down due to a weird routing error.
This is my first ever recolor in Sims 4, so I am just a noob. Yeah, you can judge me, I learn faster that way. LOL Putting them up for download if anyone wants them.
I used Sims4Studio’s Templateto guide me and using the instructions as a reference to learn recoloring objects. That’s my WIP in the bottom, left picture.
